This page describes what happens to the information you give when you book a call through sevenx.studio, operated by Seven Fold Studio ("we", "us").

What we collect

When you book a call, you're using a booking calendar hosted by Cal.com and embedded on this site. It collects the details you enter: your name, email, the time you pick, and anything you add in the booking notes.

How we use it

We use what you give us to hold the call you booked and to follow up about your inquiry. We don't add bookings to a marketing list, and we don't send marketing emails from them.

Where it's stored

If you use the free-website form on our /start page, we also save what you enter there (business name, your name, email, phone, type of business, current website, main customer action, booking software, notes, and whether you added Care) in our HubSpot account before you pick a time, so we can follow up even if you don't finish booking.

Your booking is stored by Cal.com. Cal.com also adds it to our Google Calendar and to our HubSpot account, which we use to keep track of inquiries and respond to them.

Booking a call

Cal.com is a separate service with its own handling of the information you give it. See Cal.com's own privacy policy for that part.

How long we keep it

We don't currently run an automatic deletion schedule — your booking details stay in our calendar and HubSpot account until they're deleted. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your choices" below), subject to any records we need to keep for legal or business-record reasons.

To ask what we have on file, or to have it corrected or deleted, email victordacal@sevenfoldstudioco.com. Include the email address you booked with so we can find your details.
